I got the chance to start my weekend early with a good friend who invited me on a Tuna fishing trip. As something I've always wanted to do I took him up on the offer. We left kent island thrusday after work and headed for Hatteras NC. getting there around midnight. At 6.m. friday we where on our way out to the atlantic to chase Tuna. We started off by running into a school of albacore and caught 8 and threw one back. we then caught one blackfin tuna and a mahi mahi. We heard there were yellow fin north so we went up there and ended out the day catching 8. It was a little rougher than I though out there but fun none the less. here are a few pictures from my trip.

Twin 800h.p. cats got the boat moving nicely

after all this we drove back friday night getting home around 2 a.m. just in time for me to get my stuff together to go pheasant hunting with my brother and father and good friend of mine. we did well ended up with 23 pheasant and 6 quail. Needless to say I had a busy weekend, but it was well worth it.
