Could it be that this is possibly the greatest voluntary registration trick of all time? Interesting thought isn't it?
Yup. Could well be. (Frosh living in our heads now).

FYI: My application was mailed on Saturday, certified and return receipt. Delivery is expected today by 8PM. When i tracked the number it has not been marked as delivered yet. I mailed to the 20026 address.
20226?
I agree. By personalization I meant the inclusion of the individual's name and adderss. I found it difficult to do that on a pdf file; thus the Word document. Verbatim.
I would ensure you quote the state law and the law's code number, noting your desire to be compliant. Delivery receipt shows your compliance with the law. When ATF sends you a letter back saying they don't do this, I would then suggest you contact the lawsuit attorney and provide them a copy of that letter. I think, once ATF get a flood of these letters assuming that there is a large quantity of these devices they will contact the state.
How do you prove BATFE received an email ? Only proof is a return receipt requested via snail mail
Was it in reference to the MD statute?

May post doesn't speak to binary triggers. But they will be concern with Maryland ' s requirement on a Federal Agency. The ATF doesn’t give a crap because as far as their concerned, binary triggers are perfectly legal
