I just received some information from my father regarding an upcoming auction at the C-Mart in Forest Hill. The upcoming auction will be on May 31st and between my father and his neighbor they will have 85 guns to auction off.

Before I hear the littany of questions about the classifieds here, I just found out 45 minutes ago and the auctioneers have possession of the weapons. These are not being auctioned off because of financial hardship, just two gun-nuts looking to expand their collections via the money brought in.

The auction will involve others but I have a complete listing fof what my father and neighbor have submitted. I will try to post the list by Tuesday.

    Here are some teasers:

Winchester Model 1894 Saddle Ring (made 1898)
    Winchester Model 94 (made 1897)
    Benelli Nova Pump Action 12ga.
    Springfield Trapdoor Model 1873
    Hopkins & Allen SxS
    Beretta 92FS
    Ruger Single Six - .22
    Walther P99 (Special Edition 1198 of 2000
    Ruger .357 Blackhawk
    Colt Pre Woodsman - .22
    Smith & Wesson .38 Breakfront
    Springfield 1864 - .50 Cal
    Colt AR-15 A2 Sporter HBAR
    Glock .40
    Sig Sauer P226 .40
Maryland Gun Works Custom .38 Ruger Revolver
    Mauser K98
Colt Double Action Revolver Model 1884

    Etc., etc.

I did ask where my inheritance was...........................

I know. One of the shotties there went for 5k.
Couldn't have been worth more than 1k with the rust and other issues.

    Forgot this:
Mauser K98 Custom-Scoped Monte Carlo/Stainless Steel fluted free floating bedded bareel. Custom trigger. Hand crafted stock.
This is a sweet weapon to reach out and touch anything. I am going to miss this most from the collection. :sad20:
