I have been wondering too, I have handled them a few times and I really like the way they look. As for shooting, I have heard mixed reviews with complaints about cheap sights and FTE/FTF with some ammo, but that can be said of a lot of 22's. I still want one and they are getting cheaper. Slick Deals had one for 469 last week, it's tempting.

I got one from Engage last year. Heavy (like the original), very little recoil, shoots very high (at 50 yards), but works just fine with CCI minimags. It may not like lower velocity .22LR. Just a fun little plinker.

    YMMV

Make that "shoots very low" at 50 yards. Gotta crank the rear sight up as high as it can go to get .22LR on paper at 50 yards. Sorry for the misinformation.

    Still fun to shoot.
