You didn't say what configuration it was in, so if it is a rifle with the faux suppressor, it will be legal and c&c. If it is a pistol, it will be 77r/4473 and 7 day wait.

Bought the rifle version through MD Elite Firearms - they doweled the magazine, but otherwise, no issues. Fun little plinker too. I have a cheap $40 red dot that's going on it shortly.
