This can actually turn out to be quite confusing. I think what needs to be done is to place a poll thread with the two FFL options:

The Gun Shop in Essex
or
Shooters Discount in Mt. Airy.

Let the individuals that will commit to purchase(s) elect which shop they wish to transfer their lowers through and the quantity each individual desires.
Upon opening such poll thread in the "RIFLE" heading, this and tss's threads should be closed by the mods or admin.

I don't think they realized that you were quoting cost + the transfer fee rather than marking up the lower to a retail price.
