You might want to check the settings on your camera....it's transposing the image, making it appear that your ejection port is on the wrong side of your gun

If you crock pot em....they are tasty and tender.Just watch out for some small loose bones in the drumsticks.

I toss the legs and thighs. Not much meat. I use my own "bird rub" on the breast and baste while grilling with viegarette type salad dressing.
I ended up breasting it out and grilled the breasts (vinaigrette marinade, kebob style) , but smoked the legs.
The breast was good (just like a store-bought turkey), but the legs turned out more like jerky than smoked turkey legs. They tasted good, but weren't moist like smoked turkey legs I've made in the smoker, before.
