Glock with Crowned Barrel, photo search and info

I forget who it was or when it was but someone posted a picture of a couple Glocks and I believe one was a 19 with a shortened crowned barrel. May have been a year or so ago. I would like to see that photo again but searching has given me nothing.

If possible, could the person who posted that, post it again?

Also, what was the reason for doing this and how can it be beneficial?
