On my g19 I had glock install their trijicon night sights. Very happy with them. Bought a g23 (same form factor as g19) and installed the trijicon hd version with the orange front sight. Phenomenal sights and can't find a complaint about them. Different color up front and u notch rear sight makes target acquisition very fast - eyes naturally draw to the front sight.

Expensive sights but worth it in my opinion.
