Gerber warranty

Anybody had to use their warranty? Fast? Slow? New set of pliers that notched in the wire cutting part one day old. Kinda like it skipped the heat treat

When they were making all their knives in the US, they were great with fast turnaround, plus you could get someone on the telephone. If they still value their reputation, they should still give you fast service.

I had a warranty claim with Gerber on a telescoping tree pruner/saw. It was quick and easy, pre-covid. They only requested a picture of the the whole item and a close up of the broken part.
