And I thought this was a Super Model thread ..................................
Every once and awhile I get it in my head that I'm going to buy a SSA-E. And then this happens. And Larue MBT triggers $99.00 again.

You're more than welcome to try one of my MBTs out if we ever meet in person. I have a few different types of triggers, but no Geissele. My duty weapon had a select fire Geissele that was nice, but that's the only geissele trigger I have fired. I like the LaRue MBT a lot. It is better than the geissele trigger that was in my duty weapon. I keep thinking about trying an SSA-E, but the problem is that I know the MBT is an amazing $100 trigger. I am not sure that the SSA-E is $80-$100 better. The most I have spent on a trigger is a Hiperfire Hipertouch 24C, which is in a competition rifle.I wish I had some time behind a LaRue so I could make an honest comparison.
I have SSA-E's in the majority of my AR's and I love them.
I think the SSA-e at Primary is around 180 before shipping.

Probably the first geissele trigger (outside of the ACT) I will buy is their adjustable National Match/DMR trigger. That seems like a worthwhile investment for a precision rifle.

That is fair advice. Next quandry: I used up the last of my dillo dust on a rack of ribs I smoked today. I don't think the Geissele swag pack has a Dillo dust analogue, but at least I know I won't get another LaRue bottle opener or paint stirrer. If you want to try an SSA-E, get the Geissele G2S. I have both and they are excellent. The G2S is just as good and on sal now for $132 (I think)
