Has anyone tried a pre paid cc or gift card using out of state delivery address?

Prepaids dont work everywhere but im sure in some cases they will. I got a prepaid as a gift for something I wanted and the retailer didnt take it. Then couldnt get the money off the card

Prepaid Visa, register it online with an out of state billing address and you're golden. OR just change your credit card billing address online before you buy then change it back after. It's very simple to do and there is no problem entering any address in another state.
