Not sure about the K31, but I think i've seen them somewhere. It was circular if I remember correctly, and fit over the front sight.

If you want a genuine Swiss front sight adjuster check out Swissdagger.
I was lucky enough to snag one of the industrial strength Swiss Army K31/K11 adjusters back when Sarco still had them. Classic Swiss overkill. Lord knows just what it would cost to produce those today!
