I was looking for something else up in Amish country and came across this business King's Preservation, LLC. Located in New Holland PA the heart of Amish country; it is unusual since it has a web site. I have not done business with them so do your due diligence. However, they carry some interesting things including freeze dryers, mylar bags, O2 absorbers, and canning jars.

Thanks, I'll check them out. I need a better vacuum seal. I don't quite have the budget for a freeze dryer yet.
If you buy O2 absorbers buy them in quantities you plan on using them before they expire.
