Freestate Gun Range

So I went to Freestate today and had one of the best times I have had at the range in a long time. The staff was super friendly and the facility was very nice. I am sure I am a little behind the ball but it was worth every penny. Plus my new XD9 shot awesome

We just went back a couple times after being away for a while due to work. The guys who hang out at the FBO at Martin State just "discovered" FS. I told them I knew about it since last February or so when the teases were posted here. I told them about MDS, so FS should have some more patrons and MDS should have more members.

I drove up there from Woodbridge one Friday night. Nice place, interesting competitions.

It is a great place, and less than ten miles for me. Much better that the 35 mile commute to Hap Baker. Plus I can shoot rounds less that two seconds apart.
