All my kids have grown up and don't use the play set any longer. It is looking for a good home. It is in good shape with a few minor repairs needed. (Playhouse cover, cleaning, etc). Keep in mind it will take you are little time to disassemble and haul away. (Bring a friend)So please only say you are in if you are serious. Feel free to ask me questions.

If only I had the time and the pickup truck still I would be all over this. Right down 270 from you and the kids have been bugging me for something for the backyard and me handing a rake to them isn't funny in their eyes lol.
