Frederick Resolution

Blaine Young had said in previous emails they are working on a resolution. THis was about two weeks ago. Has anyone heard anything.

I dont want to "bug" him, but I also do not want to let them get out of this. Wanted to find out if anyone has heard anything before I try to get people to "email bomb" him.

I just sent a copy of the Carroll County resolution to the Washington County Commissioners. They are ready and waiting to go. I would think Frederick Co. would also jump on it.

FredCo BOCC sent a strongly worded letter to Annapolis that they are against SB281 and that they will not provide funding to enforce the law because they view it as unconstitutional. Furthermore, you wouldn't get an answer from Blaine until Tuesday at the earliest.

Wait patiently, because if they are working on a resolution, they will release it when it is ironclad and bulletproof.
