Teratos (refraining from using your real name), I posted a link to those a couple of weeks ago and only heard crickets. Weber, Do these guys building OEM type baffles have a website? If so, can you put up their links? If not, can you PM me with their information and if they make more than one style baffle let me know which of their baffles you would recommend for: .22lr .40 S&W/.357 Sig .45 ACP/.458 SOCOM .300 BLK .338 Lapua Mag. I think those are the five suppressors I have settled on. Hoping I can find time today to finally sit down and complete all those Form 1 applications.

They do not have a website as far as I know other than being a member on form 1 sites and Facebook groups.

Google their names and form 1, you'll find them.

Just wondering...at $20-30 per cone, what is the benefit(s) vs using $0.69 freeze plugs and renting/buying the $110 tool ??? How many cones would be needed for the 8" tube? The 11"?

Cool factor, weight savings, and in some cases slightly better performance.

Venoms are cheaper than pool shark, or at least the used to be.

The problem with the JM Performance Fittings appears to be that the leading edge comes to a very small point. Put a lot of pressure on that, and it is bound to flatten out. He should make those things with a much flatter edge to them so they have a much more solid contact spot baffle to baffle.

No problems with freeze plugs, just the next level of form 1 building.

It used to be only form 1 people who had the equipment would make their own baffles based on manufactures designs. Now a days with Form 1's taking off, new machinist are making parts and pieces.

Finally had some time to get to the range and really play with my Form 1 can. The POI is pretty drastic, drops about 6 inches at 50 yards. Is this the norm? Is there anything I can do to improve/lessen the POI?

That's not the norm. Shift in poi is normal, but that's pretty drastic.

What is your bore size?

Did you inspect your baffles and end cap?

I believe I drilled the baffles at 11/32. Did not appear to be any baffle strikes.

Bought pre formed plugs. Forget the name of the company. Maybe it was 9/32, not 11/32.
