    Last time I was there they sliced the dogs open and grilled them. Slapped onions mustard in the middles and squeezed it together to make nom noms.

    When I was a kid, the mall near me had a German food store named Mr. Dunderbaks.

    Right out in front of the store they had a grill and they split the dogs and grilled them. Bun toasted on the grill in the dog grease and the sauerkraut the same way.

    Never had better!!!!!

    I remember going to one at Crabtree Valley Mall in Raleigh years ago....had great sandwiches, sausages and a HUGE selection of beer.
