    I get a letter after waiting three plus months my application is incomplete. "Notary requires embossing." Well the damn thing is, I saw him do it and I sent it. They tell me, " You just need to start again". F'n money down the toilet I presume. :mad54:

    After a couple phone calls, I did not have to submit again. Form was embossed by Notary as I suspected and they were good enough to review it and find so. Got my permit, it is pretty comical, held together with a piece of cellophane tape :sad20:

    :lol: Well what is strange, it looks "Doctored" How many ID's you have from "the state" taped together?
    I understand it will probably never even get pulled out, as I've never been stopped and asked for one in my entire life.. and I'm old :lol2:
