I recently heard that the Baltimore County Council banned the use of legal, registered machine guns on private property in Baltimore County.

I was only able to find an article that prompted the debate- but no evidence of any legislation that was subsequently passed.

Can anyone offer guidance as to whether or not the use of machine guns on private property in the county is lawful?

    Thank you.

There was a guy up around Moncton 20 years ago who used to shoot machine guns on his property. He made himself very unpopular with his neighbors.

If a ban was passed, I'm sure it was in response to him.

The article I posted was about said individual. I am unable to find any documentation of the legislation or its wording. Any help would be appreciated.
