Mrs River just returned from attending her Armed Women of America chapter meeting in Hagerstown. Her class instructor announced that there had been a firearm incident with two individuals wounded on the range (man and woman). Both evaced out...one by ground ambulance (female) and one air lifted out (the male) w/2 tourniquets on his leg. That's all the details/information I have at this moment. Anybody else hear/read anything else yet?
