I used to live right behind it on Kinship.
Usually kids messing around there or homeless folks.

They should have let it burn out, it's an eyesore and gets set on fire at least once a year it seems

No. It's off of Soller's Point Rd, right across from Dundalk High.

It does seem to catch fire pretty regularly. I've told folks it's not a good idea to use Dragon's Breath rounds inside a building.

There have been so many different plans for that thing over the years , they need to just tear it down and let us turn it into a range

Last I heard one guy was in there and is in critical condition now. Haven't yet heard why he would have been in there.

John Vontran has proposals with the county right now. Plans are dependent on what the county allows with the North Point Gov building property. Last I heard, the Seagrams property has been earmarked for senior housing and small offices if Vontran is allowed to develop the North Point property. Something like that.
