If it was Fiocchi .410 shells, I can bet that the jacket swelled because the brass base is too short. I gave away two boxes of their 00 because it jammed in my Judge AND Circuit Judge. They would probably work in a regular .410 semi-auto.
Stick with Winchester PDX1 or Federal Premium .410 Handgun ammo ... or .45LC HP's.
