Check each IP's info thread in their sections. All of their transfer info including fees are listed. Since you're in Harford Co. I'd suggest checking with Gun Connection in White Marsh and The Gun Shop in Essex.

I was biding on a cz712 but I let it go and ended up purchasing directly through CZ Leo program. Good deal couldn't pass it up.
