    Hey guys got some questions maybe someone could help with my uncle has an old federal ordanence G.I. model from the late 80's he asked me if i was interested in buying i know when he bought it was about $300 to $350 if only of you guys have any info on this guns reliability tolerances or what i should offer for it just let me know

    I think they made some m14's to but i never heard much about them. I may be in the market for a new handgun in the summer ( god willing the md awb dies) and i thought about picking that up but i want a full size or duty size handgun right now i just have my xd subcompact i was thinking glock or sig p226

    I haven't handled a Federal Ordnance 1911, but most of their product falls into the be careful tier. If a test firing shows good function and reasonable accuracy then offer a pricein line with a used RIA.
