It is ridiculous on its very face to require a person to identify as being incompetent to manage their own affairs. Only the FBI, with the assistance of Joe Biden, could imagine such a concept.

That agency needs to be gutted. Or there must be a way to hold FBI management personally responsible for blatant constitutional violations. As in jail time or fines.

Those who call for the FBI's dissolution and complete replacement from the ground up might be right.

Systemic corruption there (and in other three letter agencies) appear to have reached epic and irredeemable proportions. The hits just keep on coming. Time to "re-imagine the FBI."

Oh, wait. Didn't Congress just give it funding for a massive, new headquarters?

Yeah, just throw more money at it. That'll fix it.
