The Kentucky gun shop that sold an AR-15 to a man who used it to kill five co-workers and wrote in his journal the gun was “so easy” to buy is facing a lawsuit filed Monday from survivors and families of the victims.

I found this part of the article very interesting:

River City Firearms is a federally licensed dealer, which means sellers there are “trained to spot individuals who ... may have nefarious intentions,” according to the lawsuit.

I was unaware of this training as part of the FFL process.

Apparently, the man who purchased the AR-15 lied on the 4473 and had no criminal history that the FBI NICS identified.
