Not as fast as Tetiana, but still fairly impressive IMO, is Halle Berry training for John Wick 3.

I watched her Netflix film the other day, "Bruised," where she plays a washed-up former UFC fighter, dealing with personal demons, a child, etc. Clearly the character she was portraying is younger than her actual 53 years, (at the time) but IMO she pulled it off pretty well. The amount of training she must have endured to build her physique to that point, and to be able to convincingly do the MMA-style grappling must have been unreal.
