My 10 yr. old and I were up there all 3 days. He was sick Wed. nite but felt good by lunchtime Thu. so we went up. Then I took him and his buddy out of school at 11:30 Fri and spent the day. My wife and I agreed that not all learning comes from a book in school. Nothing beats watching a 10 yr. haggle with a vendor to get the price down on something he wants. :lol2:
I scored a really nice .22 western gunbelt n holster for $10. Also got 2 of the cambro food containers for outside parties and some ammo cans. The best part was I found 3 different vendors willing to barter their stuff for 40% silver halves and had 2 others seriously thinking about it before backing out.:party29:
Next yr. I plan on having my boy skip school on Thu. and we'll spend the whole day up there. It takes time to check out all those vendors.
