You have to be a member of the IWLA Rockville Chapter or be the guest of a member in order to use the pistol, rifle, and archery range. Annual Membership fee is 110 USD plus a one time initiation fee. You also have to do 8 hours of volunteer work every year.

At the pistol range you may place targets at 7 yards, 50 feet, 25 yards and 50 yards. You may also shoot rifles of certain limited calibers. Pistol caliber rifles are OK. In bottlenecks, under .223/5.56 will work so long as your cartridge fits within a jig at the range. When it comes to straight-walled rounds,. .30 carbine is OK. All shotgun gauges as long as it's slugs, no bird or buck. Download the range rules from the website for details.
