i got a perfect score on the ICE pistol qualification course with g34.

with dpms lr-308, geisselle trigger, nightforce 5.5-22 scope, federal factory 168g, i was sub-moa out to 600 yards, 3 shot groups. i haven't shot past that at paper, just at steel.

1994 at FFR&G as issued 03A3 shot a 98-6X with cast bullet loads, 200 yards sitting rapid fire.

Custom built rifle on a 1903 Action, McMillan Baker Special stock, K&P 32" barrel, 1942 Unertl 10X 1-1/4" Target scope in 6.5-06:

1992 100 yard 10 shot group during initial ammo workup .35" off bags.
1992 or 93 1000 yards at Quantico Eastern Regionals, steady 5mph breeze, first shot perfect pinwheel X, next 9 required target repair due the spindle blowing up.
Sept. 1995 or 96 Quantico 1000 yard benchrest, 30mph swirling wind gusting to 45mph 14.73" 5 shot group that would have been a 5" group if I hadn't dicked around refining my hold too long on the last shot letting the hot chamber heat the round and throw it high.

Not necessarily great, until you consider it was 20 rounds (believe it or not)

    My absolute best?

Parris Island, 1987 late summer, high sun, no wind, clear sky
USMC KD course 500 yard full body silhouette
M-16A2 iron sights, standard ball ammunition
    10/10 rounds high center chest

Not sure of the group size in inches, but my target crew and the butts NCO were able to cover the whole 10 shot group with a Kevlar.

Amazing what a Drill Seargeant standing over you screaming and threatening to kill your entire family if you miss does for your focus and clarity.

We had drill seargents in the Corps?

The 3 rounds in the center diamond were the final 3 of sighting in my then new hunting combo at 100 yards. Probably my best shooting ever.

Tikka T3 Lite .270 with a Nikon Buckmaster 3x9-50 scope using Winchester Ballistic Silvertip 130 grain.

oh yeah, the 1 inch and .8 inch were done ealier at 100 yards, contrary to the somewhat misleading MS paint annotation.

But hey, I was proud and excited, give me a break

oh yeah, how are those ten round mags treating you for the 7400? I bought a bunch of the same ones and they work great if I only load 9, but 10 in and it's a jam every time
