And this is what's wrong with our justice system. This guy is a convicted felon and gets arrested twice while in possesion of a firearm. Where is the law? Maybe they'll let him go so he can use the gun this time.

See ya in the AM Chris!

It's exactly why we do not need any new gun bans or laws. We need the hundreds of existing laws to be enforced with strict sentencing. Criminals who commit gun crimes need to be off the streets for a very long time. If strict sentencing ever happens, gun crime will drop dramatically.

The one thing you have to like about this.... Some LEO recognized a dirtbag when he saw him the first time...

Wonder what the court commissioner thinks of his decision to let him go the first time?

Obviously the court doesnt give a shit or his bail would be a tad higher than 25k. At 25k he can be out of jail for 2500 bucks or less depending on the bondsman

Looney Tunes -- and his "church" is a piece of work. It's not his fault -- it's the "haters".

Earth to Kashif! Take responsibility for your life and stop relying on the crooks in your church to excuse your behavior.

Check this dirtbag out on casesearch.

Multiple Assault charges, multiple drug charges, disorderly conduct, obstructing, traffic, paternity, contract stuff... It goes on and on. Now multiple gun charges...Talk about a revolving door.

This guy is a poster child for enforcing existing laws.

How can we use this smart guys?

Look at the article's account of the first arrest and you get a glimpse of what I dealt with for 25 years with the Maryland Criminal Justice System, run by and for defense attorneys. An account of a convicted felon arrested carrying a handgun, and a handgun with the serial # removed at that, and he gets released on his own recognizance. This second time however they put a whopping $25K on him, that's $2500 to a bondsman and he's out again. Unbelievable.
