i have searched not only on mds but also on mdsp and the rest of the internet in general but cannot find what im hoping someone else can post for me here. i recieved my designated collector letter in the mail today and need to see where it is stated in law that i am allowed to transport my guns for private exhibition. this was the main reason i applied for designated collector status but i just cant find anything other than a random person saying its ok on the internet. thats not really good enough for me because i dont want to end up like mr. williams who the scotus decided not to help. if someone could post a link or even just the section number in md law that states i can transport to places other than ranges and dealers for private exhibition. thanks in advance

However, don't expect the LEO who pulls you over to believe that. In other words, don't count on this saving you from being arrested and having your guns confiscated.

All this does is gives your expensive lawyer an argument which may or may not get you off. If you do get your guns back, they will be electropenciled with evidence numbers.
