Th HQL emdsp page (not the eportal for 77r) has a place to update your address. While it doesn't necessarily update your DC info (which is not required by statute AFAIK) you can at least keep MSP updated on your address.

It will only update the licenses you have through the mylicense page, ie HQL, Machine Guns, Voluntary registration etc., not your W&C permit or other License info done by paper submission.

I was thinking the same thing. Since the DC letter wasn’t online I wasn’t thinking there was an option to do it there, although that certainly would need to be done as well and doing it online is convenient. I wonder if simply re-aplying with the new address would booger anything up?

Edit: Just looked at the application again and no blank for “address update”. FWIW

There is no legal requirement to notify MSP of an address change for purposes of your DC status AFAIK- but IANAL

Personally keeping my HQL address update seems sufficient since there is no online way to update your DC status. Guess you could write a letter

    that's just my opinion.

Most banks do it for free. Just a trip to the bank, then the PO.

But I agree, it seems MD has no ability to do anything in a simple way when it comes to firearms.

    sad
