Deposition in Tardy v O'Malley Tomorrow

I am being personally deposed by the AG's Office tomorrow over the lawsuit. Sorry I have been QT but frankly it wouldn't help anyone for me to go spouting off online (or elsewhere) while this is all in the works. I like to say dumb things.

I don't think you'll be able to see the results of the deposition until everything is over and things have been redacted (personal info, etc.). So for now you'll just have to hope I represent your interests as best I can. And if not...at least it'll be a while before you find out and come kick my ass!

Unless I am mistaken Doe v. O'Malley is the HQL-specific case.
