Couldn't a lawsuit against bump stocks being subject to NFA, be a way to have the NFA overturned or at least open up the registry? We might win a lawsuit and at the very least gets some helpful pro 2nd amendment language/guidance in a decision. This won't see SCOTUS for a few years and hopefully Trump will have put anotehr Justice or two on the court.
