    The attorney would know what you were charged with before agreeing to take your case. If they agree to take your case, they have to defend you "zealously". Does not mean you are not guilty and/or that if guilty they will get you an OJ Simpson type deal, but they will defend you.

    The only criminal stuff I handle is traffic violations, DNR violations, and some very small criminal stuff. Once it gets above 2nd degree assault on the violence side or shoplifting on the property side, I refer the potential client to somebody else.
