Decent Crab Cakes in MoCo?

Ended up taking her to G&M's last Saturday for lunch. Didn't let on where we were going so she was surprised. She had the single blob, I had salmon. Tab was about $75. Most expensive lunch I ever had.

But it was a good blob, yes?

Anchor Inn disappeared several years ago, but the signage is still there. Apparently it's such a local landmark that they thought keeping the name in place would be a draw.

Considering the demographic changes in the area, it's doubtful that any of the new people know or care, and the old farts either already know it's gone, or are hunkered down and not going outdoors, or are too senile to find the place when they do remember it.
