Was wondering if you can use a motorcycle when obtaining a surf fishing permit in DE? Technically, it does have 2 axles.

Don’t think so. There’s a requirement for 4 wheel drive if I recall correctly. I used to fish Delaware beaches and had a permit during 1996-mid 2000’s

Post a pic of your Motorcycle setup for surf fishing.

unless the rules have changed it needs to be a 4 wheeled vehicle, and u must carry a shovel, tow rope, and board to put under the tire. I can remember my buddy reading that rule and assuming his 2 wheel drive tacoma was legal cuz it had 4 wheels. I promised him i would not tow him off the beach if he tried it and got stuck.
I used to basically live at IRI and fished those beaches all the time.
