I'm sure the CZ-82 lovers out there understand that if one has multiple copies, you get to the point and say " yeah this one, or two are MINE and will stay with me until the day I die" I think when that happens, screw the " But that's not the way it left the factory" And you modify them to your individual taste. These are MINE :)
I'm with you. When I get my second it's going to probably be refinished. I'd like to blue one with walnut grips. Mine is just left factory with the issued military mag. Can't have too many!

Picked this up from 2A over a month ago. I'll be doing finished touches on reloads this weekend for the testing next weekend.

    So far:
    CZ-82
    CZ-85 Combat
and this one below; CZ-97 BD

That's more important, I'll wait for your report.

Grips were fine. I didn't even notice them to give you my eval. Nothing caught my attention, except the reloads didn't always ignite.

From a search I see that some have modified the firing pin to go just a bit deeper. Mentioned this to the guys at 2A and was told that CZ doesn't recommend reloads. BS! I plan to have Dr. Bob at Freestate have a look at it. Ugh...

I'm in on the action. My first CZ, a 75 D Compact PCR. I also picked up a threaded barrel that needs to be fitted, but I'm excited to throw my TiRant on it when I finally get that done.

And now with a threaded barrel. Fitted thr barrel and fired 50 rounds of freedom munitions 147gr remanufactured ammo. Functioned flawlessly. Couldn't see the sights though :-(
