    Good day, friends.

I believe I am having symptoms analogous to those described in this thread.
    https://www.shootersforum.com/muzzleloaders/146185-cva-accura-v2-wont-cock-back.html

My rifle will not stay cocked if the break action is closed and the breech plug is inserted.

The rifle will stay cocked if the break is open or the breech is out.

I have contacted CVA about the issue and am awaiting response.

In the meantime, has anyone ever had this happen? I do not have practice in disassembling a trigger assembly, but look forward to the eventual necessity, and all of the learning experiences it entails.
