current ATF wait time

My e-form 4 (trust) just came in after 237 days.

I'm joining the NFA ranks....

Form 4 wait times must be getting shorter, I submitted for a suppressor on December 8 (submitted as an individual) and my shop just called me this morning telling me he just got the approval email. By my calculations that’s 44 days, he jokingly said he wants to know who I’m blowing at the ATF, LOL.
Now I’ll be interested to see if it was a fluke, I submitted another one on December 27, so here’s hoping mid February has another email with my name on it.

edit: just received a second text from my shop and my December 27 submission was also approved. 44 days on the first one 25 days on #2, has to be damn near a record on form 4’s
Christmas in January at my house!

I might have already shared this but if you’re in the military and you have received new orders even if they place you in the same location if you notify the ATF your forms will be expedited. One week form 4 approval. That record may stand a while.

I submitted Dec 22nd and the 27th and am still waiting. Both individual e-form.

Yeah, that's what I'm expecting. Although I have been seeing quite a few quick approvals recently

They do that to fudge the numbers. Even when approvals were at 300 days, why did mine take 420 days, 407 days, and 401 days? I saw numerous ones in those 420 days take less than 3 months, just so they could claim 300 day approval.

First nfa purchase 9/11/23 to 2/3/24
Just an observation but, I bought 2 Cans on 9/11 and filed same day. The first eform4 went through fine but the second was delayed by 8 hours due to ffl. My forms 4 emails came back exactly 8 hours apart, the same amount of time between filing. Just thought this was wierd.
