let me be negative and ask if we've seen anything that tells us it will so far?

No - I don't actually think it's going to pass at all.

For a while there though, SilencerCo was all about flag waving for the HPA, and advertising about how great the HPA was going to be, etc etc. Then their sales slumped because hey, everyone was waiting for the HPA to pass, partially because SilencerCo had hyped it so much, and now they're begging at everybody's door with infographics like this one asking people to forget about the HPA and buy stuff now.

They kinda shot themselves in the foot and now they're paying for it. Or, I should say that the families of all of the people that they laid off are paying for it, which sucks.

    Approved 3/20/2017

Had one more submitted same day. Approval hopefully to follow. Now just need funds for engraving and uppers!

And my second one was approved today. 15 days later after the first one. Even though they were submitted the same day.

So only a week worth of submissions left till they hit the deadline. Anyone guessing if there will be an acceleration of approval of a continued crawl?

I just saw the first July Form 4 Trust hit NFA Tracker.

I have two of them with check cashed on July 7th.

    Starting to get *really* antsy.

    :P

And now I will subject myself to another long wait for a 9mm suppressor...

    Bought from Silencer Shop: 2/27/2017

Used SS Kiosk at Engage: 2/28/2017

Email from SS that Check Cashed: 4/9/2017

Hope to shoot it in the Fall of this year but who knows...
