No - I don't actually think it's going to pass at all.

For a while there though, SilencerCo was all about flag waving for the HPA, and advertising about how great the HPA was going to be, etc etc. Then their sales slumped because hey, everyone was waiting for the HPA to pass, partially because SilencerCo had hyped it so much, and now they're begging at everybody's door with infographics like this one asking people to forget about the HPA and buy stuff now.

They kinda shot themselves in the foot and now they're paying for it. Or, I should say that the families of all of the people that they laid off are paying for it, which sucks.

yea, that part is fast. Dont forget your SBR needs overall length of 29" in MD. I forgot about that and had to do mine over.

sadly, i think you're right about all this. hoping to be wrong!
