Awesome! I'm getting "close"... I have a pending form 1 in November and another in January. I guess not that close..

Sent in another couple form 1s this morning:
1. Special Weapons SP-10
2. DDLES 9mm Glock lower

Both of these are post-10/1 guns, so I had to keep OAL >= 29", which meant a longer barrel than I would have otherwise preferred... I had really wanted to go super-short on the DDLES, and to use a RCM MP5-N barrel on the SP-10. Well, maybe I'll do it cheap up front and then do it right when we move.

EDIT: checks cashed 5/6. So, expecting them by the end of the year.

My Form 4 (trust) which went pending on 9/24/13 was approved on 4/11. Original examiner was Farris - approved by Parasky. I bought it from Silencer Shop almost 11 months ago.

looks like my form 4 trust on SWR Octane 45 HD should be approved soon. it went pending on 10/5

I've been quoted anywhere from 4-12 weeks. A rep of one shop said 24 weeks, but another shop said that was an outright lie.

Okay I submitted two in June of last year. They went in separate envelops but mailed on the same day.
I got one back three weeks ago and have heard nothing on the other.

Looks like I will need to make a call.

did a form 4 for a suppressor electronically, through a trust at a dealer in early december. got it back this week.

did 7 form 1's by myself electronically with my trust in early december and the atf said to expect them in june. will update as they come back.
