What was the actual return name and address on envelope. I am second guessing myself that I might have thrown it away. I hope not. I will give it a couple days before I check trash cans. Until then the return address would be nice to have so if it does come in I don't toss it.

Just called them to find out where my license is, they said I was approved on 1/12 and it was sent. But I never got it. Verified name, address and SSN. They are sending out another one.

This happened to me and several other people and they told me the same thing. After they reprinted it only took about 3 days.

Strange I mailed my C&R paper work to Atlanta, GA but I billed from West Virginia, hey it government they never do anything the easy way or quick.

(1) Yes, they'll send you a renewal form a month or 2 in advance.

(2) I forget how long my last one took, but I got it just before the old one expired. On a previous occasion they took so long that they sent me an extension letter good for about a month, but the renewed license arrived before the extension expired.
