As far as i know you can't fax it. You are only given the mailing address.

Searching on here I've seen people say that they've faxed them and that it can be faxed, but I haven't been able to find an actual number to fax it to. Don't recall the age of those posts...maybe it can't be faxed anymore?

Thanks for the helpful sticky on C&R...have had my MD collectors deal for about a year but never really thought about a C&R...your sticky was straightforward and complete (as far as I can tell) for the C&R....ordered my form this morning, hope to get my new status by the end of the summer....

It's been two weeks since I mailed off the forms, but BATFE hasn't charged my card yet. Normal or not so much?

Now the loooong wait. also mailed my MD collectors same day.

Spoke with BATFE, advised to re-submit my application. Nice to know that a form with all of my personal information on it is MIA as far as the government is concerned.

Boondock - What number did you call to get status? It's been a month since sending the packet and nothing. Although, my credit card was stolen and we cancelled it so maybe that is the problem?

Watch that credit card for unexpected charges!!! like you said someone could have gotten that info. I'd sign up for lifelock quick too.
