Cresap Rifle Club 100 Yard 50/50 matches

Cresap Rifle Club will be holding 100 Yard 50/50 matches starting in January. The flyer is attached. There will be a 5 minute sight in then 20 minutes for 20 rounds each relay, from a bench rest, 2 sandbags max (we have the bags). Sounds fun. Can you tell me a little more about the format? Shooting from a bag? Approx. How many rounds?
I'm trying to decide between bringing my bolt gun or AR.

It will be from a bench rest, 2 bags max (we have the sandbags), there will be a 5 minute sight in period then 20 minutes for 20 rounds for each relay (.22 at 1:00 PM then any caliber at 2:00). I just realized the flyer was light on details.
