Apologies in advance for what is probably a dumb question. I am currently filling out a handgun registration for a Springfield XD and wanted to check whether to put Croatia or USA on the "country of origin" field. The gun is of course made in Croatia but the importer is Springfield Armory in Illinois.
I'm assuming I should put Croatia, but I wanted to double check with gun laws being as draconian as they are in this state.
