Where do I find the forms to download the canceled carry forms and proper instructions? or can I just go into any state police office and get them?

I was looking at that and didn't know if that was the right forms that are listed.

Go to the Maryland State Police Licensing Division website. The application now must be filled out using your computer then print it out. They no longer accept hand written applications. Hint, you can't save the form and finish later so have all your information together before filling out the form.
